HOW TO IMPROVE YOUR SEXUAL DESIRE
We had a sex talk with Oohtique last weekend. The new kid on the block came to Singapore with a different concept. Unlike the "regular sex shop" you see in town, Oohtique is a concept store that promotes love, romance & healthy sexual relationship. They even have a counselling room to help counsel couples with issues in their relationships!
My "sexpert" Jo was the speaker that day. Bambi, Karen & I went to support her (notice we were all in black). The title of the talk was "Learn how to increase your sexual desire with natural supplements & practical libido stimulating sex tips". If you think that vitamins are for people with nothing better to do but pop pills, think again....
Anyways, for people with any queries relating to sexual health, please send a private email to my Jo (joanne.ong@vraspac.com). She'll do her very best to assist you!

I started running the beginning of this year. From what I remembered, it was a scary experience. My 1st time & it was a 8km run! Tekko ran/walked with me all way. I was really grateful for his words of encouragement, although I must admit that he tend to nag. I complained at one point (actually it was many many points) that my legs felt like they were falling apart. & this is what he told me; "if you don't do recovery properly hah, your leg will break hor". Now that I think about it, he sounded like my mother. When I was younger, my mom'll say this to me everytime I didn't finish my meal; "you better finish your food hah, children in Africa got no food to eat hor".....
Anyways, Tekko, I wanna tell you that you are really great with newcomers. See? I didn't freak out that badly even though my 1st experience running was overwhelming! Thank you!
Shape Women's Run was my 1st "competitive run", & I think I did better than usual (so pai say! I only took part in the 5km run!) Never mind la. I'll endeavor to go for 10km the next run. It was a great run with great turnouts. Thanks to those who came to show face & support! A special thank you to Aram who took all the wonderful photos; we love the pics!

Say cheese! Bambi & I waving to the camera

Dear Michelle,
Time really flies. We've known each other since Gateway & HTV days & we became colleagues in LX. LX days were tough, but we had some fun too. Remember the number of kopis @ Henderson market with Andy, Yip, Kiesan & the rest, and how Andy used to smile when he ordered his famous fish & chips & it came in really hugh portions?
Then Wee Ming, you & I started VRASPAC with Kiesan & Gwan Choon. It was an exciting journey, wasn't it? Remember how we used to visit Kiesan's place for meetings before we had our office (the nice kueh kueh & coffee), how we used to fret & stressed over the retail schedule, & the late nights we spent trying to get the retail shop ready in time for the opening?
I think one of my favourite memories were the 2 weeks in US with Kiesan & Wee Ming 2 years ago. The beautiful snow-covered Carson City, the delicious cold stone ice-cream, long lonely road to Las Vegas. These were great times we spent with Kiesan, wasn't it?
While I was in US with Kiesan last year, he spoke of you often. He mentioned the changes he noticed in you was evident. The shy & more reserved Michelle from LX days is now more confident.
Mich, I will miss your "zhang" jokes, spontaneous laughter, good cheer & support. I thank God for you. As you start your journey on a new phase, may the good Lord grant you the serenity to accept the things that you cannot change, courage to change the things you can, and wisdom to know the difference.
Love, Ruth

(See you on the Thursday runs, the coming Shape run, the Mizuno run, & many many runs to come!)
